We have a Gas Safe Registered gas engineer who can service your boiler,
water heater and cooker.

A yearly gas safety check is a must for every static caravan holiday home
and a copy of your gas safety certificate must be given into the office each
year.

All static caravan holiday homes sold include a valid Gas Safe 1 year gas
safety certificate ensuring that the holiday home you have bought is safe
for you to use.

Gas cylinders for your heating, hot water and cooking can be purchased
from the office.

Electricity

We have a fully qualified electrician who can deal with any electrical requirements you may have in your static caravan holiday home.

Electricity supply to your holiday home is on a 16amp supply. This is metered and charged on a bi-annual basis
